How to reach the site

Write to contact@genvidkit.com. There is deliberately no contact form: plain email keeps your message out of third-party form processors, and the site's only measurement is the analytics described in the privacy policy. Your address is used to reply and for nothing else.

Discuss a technical correction on DEV

For a question that can be public, leave a comment through TF6cool's DEV Community profile. The profile links back to this site and identifies the same maintainer. This is a discussion channel, not official MiniMax or ComfyUI support.

Keep private material in email. Do not post API credentials, private repository links, email addresses, full system logs containing personal paths, or identifiable source images in a public comment.

Reporting an error on a page

If a figure, a command or a claim on this site looks wrong, say which page and which exact figure or sentence you mean. Confirmed errors are corrected on the affected page with a note, not silently swapped. This applies to measured numbers as much as to prose — the site's evidence rules depend on readers pushing back.

Asking about a failed run

Questions about a MiniMax H3 run that fails are welcome, but an answer is only possible with the environment attached. Include:

  • GPU model and VRAM size, plus your operating system.
  • ComfyUI version, and whether it was updated recently.
  • Which workflow file you loaded (T2V, I2V or R2V, and where it came from).
  • The model files in use — filenames are enough.
  • The full error text from the ComfyUI console, not a paraphrase.

What this inbox cannot do
